After their initial success, the 17 year old Yen Soba restaurant in Paris, owned by Japanese fashion company Onward Holdings, decided to open a second restaurant on the Strand in central London. The interior design of the restaurant was undertaken by interior architects Sybarite, a practice specialising in high-end retail developments.

Interior photography of the space was carried out to document the main dining space, private rooms and reception area on the upper floor. The photography took place between dining hours, operating within tight constraints to get everything setup and photographed before customers arrived for their meals.
