Interior Photography
Cambridge Central Mosque - Marks Barfield Architects
Interior spaces project and frame our movement through architecture whilst also accommodating for different functions and uses within it. Interior design is now an integral part of complementing the architect’s vision and is used to highlight function and simplify the user’s experience. As an interior photographer it is my aim to convey and embody these aspects of the design within the images I produce for my clients.
The photography of Interior spaces involves capturing the most dynamic aspects of a building alongside highlighting its architectural and interior design qualities. This selection of projects I have worked on aims to capture both those design features; materials, furnishings and at the same time covey how those spaces are occupied and utilised by the buildings inhabitants.
Having worked on a diverse range of projects as an interior photographer, from photographing office spaces and educational facilities to retail and residential properties I have gained a nuanced understanding of how to interpret the client's vision through the camera's lens. If you would like me to photograph an interior space you have worked on please get in touch for a quote.
